Eintracht Frankfurt and Borussia Mönchengladbach played out a goalless draw in their Bundesliga clash on Sunday.

The match was the first for new Eintracht coach Oliver Glasner, who took over from Vincenzo Montella earlier this month. The former Juventus player made several changes to his starting lineup, but it didn't pay off as the visitors were unable to find the back of the net against a resolute Gladbach defense.

Glasner's side had a few chances in the opening half, including a shot from Bruno Alves that hit the post. However, they couldn't take advantage of their numerical superiority and were ultimately unable to break down the Gladbach defense.

In the second half, Eintracht substitute Kevin Kamada came up trumps, scoring the only goal of the game in the 68th minute. The forward capitalized on a mistake by Gladbach goalkeeper Roman Bürki, finishing calmly to put Eintracht ahead.

However, Gladbach weren't finished yet, and their substitute striker, Robert Lewandowski, scored in the 75th minute to level things up once again. Despite this, both teams failed to find the winner in the final minutes, leaving the match with a 1-1 result.

Despite the draw, Eintracht Frankfurt will be encouraged by their performance against one of the league's top sides. They now face a difficult run of fixtures, including games against拜仁慕尼黑和莱比锡红牛,但他们的士气应该会得到提升。
